This was a project of the Interantional Federation of Operational Research Societies (IFORS).
Its mission was to provide the international OR/MS community free access to on-line tutorial modules on standard OR/MS topics. The modules themselves were contributed to the project by individual and organizations. Most of the modules were contributed by the tutOR projects. IFORS role was to coordinate this effort.
The project was completed in 2008. It offered more than thirty interactive modules covering a variety of topics ranging from linear programming to dynamic programming to simulation.
